Sesame Network has launched a proprietary integration with Mortgage Brain, The Key, and GBG’s CRM system, which enables advisors to perform Electronic Identity and Verification (EIDV) checks.

The integration is designed to improve the counseling process and save Sesame Network members time by helping them perform identity checks, store information, and receive counseling, all within The Key.

The integrated solution automatically fills in important customer information, eliminating duplication and reducing the risk of human error by requiring only one data entry.

The automatic return of results information to The Key eliminates the need for advisors to manually save and add documents later.

Over 18,000 checks have now been completed through the new Key integration after its launch to Sesame members in May, and it already accounts for over 70% of all identity checks performed across the network.
